Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Amalfi, I found myself enchanted by the perfect blend of history and modern comforts. This boutique hotel, nestled just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, offers a location that is truly unbeatable. The warm hospitality of the staff struck a chord with me, from Emilio's helpful directions to the Colosseum to the owner's delightful cappuccino prepared just for me. My room, adorned with breathtaking frescoes, provided a cozy escape, complete with amenities like air conditioning and a well-stocked minibar. Each morning, I was greeted by a charming breakfast spread, perfect for fueling my explorations around Rome's iconic landmarks. As a fashion photographer frequently visiting Italy, I found that the hotel's proximity to metro stations and scenic pathways made it easy to capture the vibrant spirit of the city. I left with my heart full, knowing that the warm connections and exquisite experiences are what I'll cherish most about this visit. I look forward to returning, not just for the city but for the genuine warmth of Hotel Amalfi. Ciao!
