Featuring a lounge bar, a shared lounge and various recreational opportunities, this 3-star boutique hotel is near Santa Prassede Church.
The hotel is in the historical centre of Rome, just 1.2 km from the oval Colosseum Amphitheatre and 2.3 km from Pantheon Temple. The elegant Amalfi is approximately 5 minutes on foot from the 19th - century baroque palace "Palazzo Brancaccio" and only steps away from Vittorio Emanuele underground station. Entertainment in the area includes the Cinema 4 Fontane 900 metres from the property. This Rome hotel is located in close proximity to Roma Termini train station, while Merulana/Brancaccio bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk away.
The rooms at Hotel Amalfi have climate control. Some of them comprise an adjoining terrace and a balcony, appointed with a writing table. An oven and kitchenware are available upon request. For guests' comfort, hairdryers and towels are offered in the private bathrooms fitted with a bidet, a separate toilet, and a shower. Some rooms also boast pool views.

Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Amalfi, I found myself enchanted by the perfect blend of history and modern comforts. This boutique hotel, nestled just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, offers a location that is truly unbeatable. The warm hospitality of the staff struck a chord with me, from Emilio's helpful directions to the Colosseum to the owner's delightful cappuccino prepared just for me. My room, adorned with breathtaking frescoes, provided a cozy escape, complete with amenities like air conditioning and a well-stocked minibar. Each morning, I was greeted by a charming breakfast spread, perfect for fueling my explorations around Rome's iconic landmarks. As a fashion photographer frequently visiting Italy, I found that the hotel's proximity to metro stations and scenic pathways made it easy to capture the vibrant spirit of the city. I left with my heart full, knowing that the warm connections and exquisite experiences are what I'll cherish most about this visit. I look forward to returning, not just for the city but for the genuine warmth of Hotel Amalfi. Ciao!
